DRAWDOWN × PROFIT GROWTH — shaded zone = cheap but improving
Top-left = profit rising yet price deep below its 52-week high (your thesis). Bottom-left = price and profit both falling (drop likely justified). Right = already near highs.

How Trade Mind decides — plain English
Every company passes through two gates. A signal only appears if BOTH pass. Reference, not investment advice.
Gate 1 — Selection (fundamentals)
Is this a good, cheap, tradeable company? It must be profitable, with profit not shrinking year-on-year, a low-ish Price-to-Book, and a decent Return on Equity. Uses the numbers from the saved company pages. If a company fails here, its chart is never even looked at.
Gate 2 — Timing (technicals)
Only for companies that passed Gate 1: is NOW a good moment to enter? We look for a short pullback inside an ongoing uptrend that is turning back up — not a stock in free-fall. Technicals are used ONLY for timing, never to pick the company (PSX evidence doesn't support picking stocks on charts).
Generated
Passed both gates — a live buy setup with entry, stop and targets.
Near-Miss
Passed value+quality and in an uptrend; the timing trigger only just missed. Watch these.
Rejected
Failed a gate — weak fundamentals, too expensive, in a downtrend, or no pullback.
Glossary — indicators & terms
The five signal prices
Buy 1 — the initial entry, at the current level. Buy 2 — a lower "scale-in" price at nearby support; if the dip extends you add here, improving your average cost. Stop Loss — exit if price falls below this; it sits under the support structure, so breaching it means the setup is wrong. Target 1 — first profit target: a bounce back to the mean (middle Bollinger / 20-day average). Target 2 — second target for a bigger move: a recent swing high or a volatility-based extension.
All five are derived from ATR (see glossary), not guessed. Every setup must offer at least 1:1 reward-to-risk to Target 1 and 2:1 to Target 2, or it is rejected.
Terms such as Bollinger Bands, RSI, EMA, ATR, P/B, ROE, drawdown, liquidity tiers and the BUY/SELL/EXIT/AVOID/HOLD verdicts are defined in the Guide tab. Trade Mind is mechanical decision-support built on end-of-day data — not investment advice.
